About the Role
As a Coordinating Inspection Officer with OVK certification, you will have a varied and stimulating job with considerable personal responsibility. You will work both operationally and tactically with coordination, planning, and execution of OVK inspections within the client's property portfolio. You have good knowledge of current regulations (BFS 2011:16 OVK) and the ability to identify ventilation system deficiencies and propose solutions. You will work across the entire Stockholm area, with tasks including:
• Being responsible for coordinating OVK inspections across the client's entire property portfolio
• Performing functional inspections according to regulations and industry practice
• Assessing ventilation system operation, functionality, and hygiene
• Documenting results according to OVK requirements and proposing remedial actions when needed
• Ensuring installations meet indoor environment and energy efficiency standards
• Being responsible for thorough documentation and communication with property owners and authorities
• Assisting tenants with orders and troubleshooting as needed

As a coordinator, you'll be responsible from initial planning of ventilation and OVK inspection work through execution, follow-up, and error correction. Requirements/Qualifications
• Professional college degree of at least 1.5 years (300 YH points) or equivalent 400 YH points focused on technology or property management
• OVK authorization level K
• 3 years of work experience in the field
• Excellent computer skills and administrative abilities, as all reporting is digital
• Strong knowledge of ventilation measurement techniques
• Good knowledge of ventilation remediation work
• Good knowledge of ventilation system balancing
• Class B driver's license
• Excellent Swedish language skills, spoken and written
Desirable Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of control and regulation technology
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing measurement techniques
• Knowledge of building energy optimization
• Project management experience
