The Coordinating Nursing Assistant role aims to strengthen the quality of care and nursing work together with the Housing Manager and colleagues. The Coordinator will ensure structure, continuity, and order in the daily work of the department. Work tasks you will support employees and the team with: • Plan and distribute work during the day • Responsible for work order, ensuring it is updated and followed • Participate in daily care work • Provide extra support and instructions to new employees/temporary staff • Review and supplement work routines • Collaborate with other professionals • Establish Implementation Plans with the work team, documentation support • Coordinate department orders, consumables, meal orders, incontinence protection, nutrition • Show apartments and receive new residents, inspect room upon move-out • Ensure cleaning and hygiene routines are followed • Coordinate fire safety representatives and alarm responsible You should have experience and knowledge of working in systems: Pulsen Combine, DF-respons, Multi Acess, Time Care, Phoniro Care Qualifications: • Certified Nursing Assistant • Care and nursing education, experience with multi-sick elderly You have the ability to: • Work with other people; listen, show empathy and respect • Be unpretentious and acknowledge and reward others' contributions • Create and maintain good relationships, both internally and externally • Collaborate well with people in various contexts and functions • Plan and organize your work • Easily set goals, organize resources, follow up and complete activities Additional Information: • Permanent employment • Recruitment will be ongoing, which means the position may be filled before the application deadline • Probationary employment may be applicable • Full-time hours: 38.25 hours/week, with shifts during day, evening, and weekend • As a coordinating nursing assistant, you will wear work clothes suitable for care work, provided by the employer • Prior to employment, you will need to provide an extract from the criminal record register
