About this role
What We Offer
As a Community Communication Specialist, you will provide basic, quality-assured community information in Ukrainian or simple Swedish through dialogue and reflection-based methods for newly arrived refugees and other target group members.
You will systematically plan, evaluate, and collaborate with colleagues on your work toward relevant goals. You will also contribute to method development with your team. This assignment involves conducting community orientation at the group level through daytime in-person instruction.
Community orientation is organized so that course content is planned, implemented, and evaluated in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The eight mandatory components will be anchored as much as possible in a local, everyday context. Significant emphasis is placed on fundamental values and cultural perspectives.
As the Ukrainian language focus is new to the organization, the role includes developing and adapting lesson materials for the target group.
We offer a specific fixed-term employment at 80% capacity, starting January 19, 2026 (or by agreement) through August 28, 2026. The position is Monday to Friday, on-site in our facilities. Your workplace will be at Sfi, part of the Labor Market Administration. Our offices are located at the old regimental area T4 in Hässleholm, within walking distance of bus and train.
Hässleholm Municipality aims to create the best conditions for a sustainable work life, ensuring your satisfaction, well-being, and job enjoyment. This includes offering great benefits such as wellness allowances and the option to exchange vacation day supplements for time off. We provide a flexible workplace, allowing remote work when operationally feasible.
