We combine tradition with innovation and are now seeking a Director of Urban Development who wants to help shape tomorrow's Trollhättan.
The Urban Development Administration is divided into eight offices, all working with the city's urban development process. The eight offices include Street and Park, Building Permits, Urban Planning, Geodata, Environmental, Staff, Land Survey, and Business Support and Development. Over 100 people work at the Urban Development Administration.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has a university degree in urban development, engineering, architecture, or similar
- Has management experience leading complex organizations in the public sector, with experience leading other managers being a plus
- Leads with trust, clarity, and courage, believing in employees' competence
- Is strategic, inspiring, and able to build engagement and networks
- Has a visionary outlook and dares to explore new paths
- Wants to work towards a shared sense of community, working across boundaries
- Has strong social skills and contributes to an inclusive work environment
- Enjoys working in close dialogue with political levels, employees, citizens, and the business community

The position involves placement in a security class. A security review with register check will be conducted before employment according to Chapter 3 of the Security Protection Act.
