Your Role in Brief We're seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative for our Commercial team. You'll be the first point of contact for future Juni customers – identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects. This is a high-responsibility role focused on prospecting, where you'll collaborate closely with our Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to build pipeline and drive our growth.
Your Responsibilities In this role, you will:
• Build Juni's outbound sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying new leads
• Perform multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with smart and personalized communication
• Book meetings for our AEs with high-potential prospects
• Use tools and data to prioritize accounts and improve results
• Keep CRM data updated and track key outbound KPIs
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to continuously optimize outreach
• Bring energy, curiosity, and positivity to the team every day
After 2 months: You are fully onboarded and conducting daily outreach
After 3 months: You consistently book qualified meetings and iterate on messaging
After 4 months: You're seen as a reliable pipeline engine and key player in Juni's commercial work

Qualifications What We Need to See:
• 1+ years experience in outbound sales (SDR/BDR/internship)
• Self-starting attitude and strong written/verbal communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Good organizational skills and CRM discipline
• Drive to achieve goals and ambition to grow into a Senior SDR role over time
What We'd Like to See:
• Experience with HubSpot or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or digital industries
• Comfort handling objections and patience with setbacks
