My name is Josef Issac, and I am the Store Leader. My goal is to coach and support you in achieving success in sales and service. What I love about my job is the variation and constant learning. Our daily work involves supporting customers in finding the right products for both their personal and professional lives. Our cases range from suitable broadband subscriptions and TV packages to the latest mobile phones, and even helping business customers set up or improve their telephone exchanges. Telia is at the forefront of these services and products, and our employees are experts in customer solutions.
We are looking for someone who loves creating customer relationships, takes initiative, and is driven to find the right solution for each customer - and of course, enjoys selling (both in-store, via phone, and through other sales activities). Previous experience in sales and/or service roles is an advantage.
