Job Description
As a salesperson at Fiskbilen, you will be a key person in their operations, responsible for delivering high-quality fish and seafood products directly to customers. You will drive one of their freezer trucks in your own district and actively engage in door-to-door sales targeting new, cold customers. The role involves building relationships and establishing trust, with the intent that you will eventually create your own portfolio of recurring customers. You have the freedom to independently plan your days and work Monday to Friday between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, as well as every other weekend. The job is both enjoyable and rewarding if you have the right attitude. No previous experience is required; we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Active door-to-door sales to new, cold customers in your district
- Building long-term relationships and creating trust with customers
- Planning and structuring your days independently
- Safely and efficiently driving and managing the freezer truck
- Presenting and selling Fiskbilen's high-quality fish and seafood products
- Following up on customer visits and working towards set sales goals
- Long-term development of your own portfolio of recurring customers
Your Profile

Requirements
- Class B driver's license, as you will be responsible for sales in your own district
- Independent, confident, and fearless in your work
- Strong internal motivation and discipline to reach set goals
- Enjoy meeting new people and building relationships, even with cold customers
- Positive attitude and drive to work in a results-oriented team
- Available for evening work Monday to Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, as well as every other weekend
Preferable Qualifications
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or field sales
- Experience in customer contact and relationship-building work
- Knowledge of fish and seafood products
- Experience working with commission-based and results-oriented sales
- Previous experience in fish sales or a similar industry

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a one-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures each week. You will also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a two-day sales training session in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
