About the Position
As a sales representative at Team Accounting AB, you will play a central role in establishing outreach sales for new customers. We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious individual who wants to work to achieve and exceed our sales goals. You will be based out of the office in Hisingen or from your home office, working in the Gothenburg region and surrounding areas.
You will contact potential business customers to create new meetings for your sales team colleagues. Contact will occur via both phone and email, and you will also participate in scheduled meetings where customers are offered services in accounting, payroll, advisory, etc. You are a crucial link between accounting consultants and the market, where your insight into market needs contributes to new business opportunities and valuable insights that help Team Accounting's business move forward.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through multiple touchpoints – phone, email, LinkedIn
- Attend trade shows and events to create new contacts and develop sales campaigns
- Build and maintain a contact network
- Contribute to contract negotiations and complete sales
- Closely collaborate with team colleagues
- Perform prospecting based on established target group and offering
- Follow established structures and instructions
We Are Seeking Someone Who:
- Has at least 1-2 years of work experience in sales
- Has good digital tool skills
- Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Additional Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in sales and/or economics/accounting
- Knowledge of modern CRM tools
