About the Role as Sales Representative As a sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging both existing and new customers through phone calls and digital meetings. You will work across segments with the entire region as your working area. The role entails a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on outgoing calls and proactive customer engagement. You will receive a customer portfolio with significant potential that you will be tasked with developing and nurturing in the long term. Your main responsibilities will include: • Actively engaging new and existing customers through phone and digital channels • Identifying and creating new business opportunities • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships • Collaborating with other sales roles • Following up on offers and driving business transactions to completion Support and Development You will receive strong support from your manager and colleagues, as well as access to various sales tools to prioritize your daily tasks. Regular check-ins and coaching, along with opportunities for skills development, are provided. We value initiative and open dialogue, allowing everyone to grow and contribute to the team’s success. Location The position is based in one of our stores in Norrbotten or Västerbotten. Are You the One We Are Looking For?
