💼 About the role:
You will begin your journey as a security salesperson and learn the fundamentals of our offerings, our customers, and our sales methodology. With support from leaders and colleagues, you will develop step by step – with the goal of stepping up to Team Leader.
When you are ready, you will take on greater responsibility where you:
* Work with your own sales in the field – and lead the way through your performance.
* Coach, motivate, and support your team towards common goals.
* Contribute to a strong team spirit, sales culture, and work environment.
This is a perfect role for you if you have a drive for sales – but also a desire to develop others.
✅ We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in sales – preferably in field or face-to-face environments.
* Is social, responsible, and motivated by goals.
* Has an interest in coaching, inspiring, and leading others.
* Holds a valid Class B driver's license and has a clean record with no criminal background or credit issues.
* Can work Monday to Thursday from 1 PM to 9 PM and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Previous leadership experience is an advantage – but not a requirement. We are looking for the right attitude and willingness to develop.
