The Role As a salesperson with us, you will drive the entire business process: from prospecting and initial contact to needs analysis, solution packaging, and follow-up. You will work closely with delivery/recruitment and create impact for the client – not just a closing. Your Responsibilities • Build and develop your own client portfolio within B2B • Prospect and schedule meetings via phone, email, LinkedIn, and networking • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions • Negotiate and draft contracts in collaboration with the team • Follow up on results and ensure satisfied, returning clients • Work data-driven with pipeline, CRM, and clear activity targets Who You Are • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales (staffing/recruitment/logistics is an advantage) • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes responsibility from initial contact to closing • Communicative, attentive, and trust-building • Comfortable with new customer outreach and relationship building • Proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus) • A valid B driving license is an asset but not a requirement We Offer • Fixed salary + attractive commission model with no cap • Significant personal responsibility and short decision-making processes • Strong delivery team that enables you to keep your promises • Opportunity to influence offers, processes, and growth • A supportive team where we help each other succeed Practical Information • Working hours: weekdays - in the office - Part-time • Location: Gothenburg (travel may occur)
