Villakompetens i Sverige AB is growing and is now looking for ambitious salespeople! We specialize in roof replacements and drainage – and conduct inspections of attics and foundations – for private homeowners all over Sweden. We assist homeowners in protecting and improving their homes with high-quality solutions, and we want you to be part of our success journey.
**About the Role**
As a salesperson with us, you will be out among customers and drive the entire process independently – from prospecting and customer meetings to closing deals and follow-ups. You will become an expert in roofs, drainage, and inspections of attics and foundations, helping homeowners find the solutions that best suit their homes. The role is flexible and varied – sometimes during the day, and sometimes in the evenings and on weekends – all to accommodate customers when it suits them.
**We are looking for someone who:**
- Is driven, self-motivated, and eager to win business.
- Has experience in outside sales, preferably in construction or home-related services.
- Enjoys taking initiative and building long-term customer relationships.
- Holds a valid B driving license.
