There are good opportunities for extension after the assignment ends. The assignment period serves as a mutual trial period, where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. Welcome to Telia—better networks, better experiences! **Responsibilities** In the role of a sales-oriented customer service representative, you will be responsible for the first point of contact with the company's private customers. You will handle incoming calls and assist customers over the phone in areas such as customer accounts, billing inquiries, and payment options. The questions vary in scope and complexity, and you will work to find good solutions that contribute to customer satisfaction. As part of your service duties, you will also conduct needs analyses and actively engage in upselling based on customer needs during each call. - Handle incoming calls from customers - Find solutions to customer questions and issues - Conduct needs analysis and upselling **Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities** We believe you have: - Completed and approved upper secondary education - Work experience in service, sales, or billing management is advantageous - You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good English skills To thrive in the role of a sales-oriented customer service representative at Telia, you possess a strong sense of service and are motivated to work towards set goals, delivering solutions according to customer needs.
