About the Role
We are seeking a customer service representative who wants to become part of our dedicated team and provide world-class service, starting in December.
You will:
- Have daily customer contact via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers find the right spare parts and products
- Actively work on sales and upselling
- Collaborate closely with other departments
- Occasionally support the warehouse when needed
Since we have customers across Europe, you need to speak and write fluent Swedish and English. Knowledge of additional languages is meritorious. This position will give you a broad insight into the entire business, and you will quickly learn about products, customers, and how a modern e-commerce operates.
