We are now seeking a driven business developer, Sales Specialist who can take initiative and responsibility for developing and growing our Low Voltage offering in central Sweden. Location is preferably in Västernorrland at one of our offices. In our dynamic sales team, you will leverage your expertise and determination to create new customer relationships while maintaining our current market base founded on exceptional service. As our Sales Specialist within Low Voltage Systems, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable solutions and methods, in line with our company's commitment to environmental responsibility and social impact. You will be part of a dedicated sales team with extensive experience in this business and collaborate closely with colleagues across Sweden within Low Voltage System. Role and Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and deliver solutions. • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. • Identify and drive new business opportunities with new customers. • Prepare customer activities using internal sales tools and follow the sales process. • Collaborate closely with the team to create added value in offerings and marketing activities. Your Background To succeed in this position, you need the competence to build long-term customer relationships and handle solutions for specific customer needs while identifying and developing sales opportunities. You have sales experience, preferably with experience in the electrical power area. Alternatively, you have worked in the electrical power industry and now want to take the next step and sell our sustainable solutions to the market. If you have the right personality but not yet any sales experience, you are also welcome to apply. You have the drive and perseverance to find new business opportunities in the market. At the same time, you are a team player within the organization, working closely with your colleagues to complete ongoing business. Result-oriented, solution-driven, reliable, humble, and structured are some of your distinctive personal characteristics. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required.
