**The Role: Strategic Sales and Public Procurement**
In this role, you will combine active new customer acquisition with the strategic work of responding to public tenders. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships and positioning us as the leading supplier of heavy technical training equipment.

**What You Will Do:**
- **Public Procurement:** Drive and be responsible for the entire bidding process – from analyzing the request for proposals to successfully submitting technical and commercial bids.
- **Prospecting and New Customer Acquisition:** Identify and qualify new customers (high schools, vocational colleges, universities, and companies) through targeted prospecting and cold calling.
- **Consultative Sales:** Present and sell system solutions in heavy areas such as automation systems, electrical design, and construction work.
- **Relationship Management:** Manage and develop existing customer relationships to ensure long-term sales and service agreements.
- **Market Insight:** Stay updated on changes in curricula and industry standards to offer relevant and future-proof equipment.
