This is a role for you who enjoys taking ownership of your areas, driving improvements in the processes you work with, and being the link between the sales and marketing organization in a dynamic environment.
As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be part of our Nordic team and play a central role in supporting the sales organization with systems, processes, and support materials. You will work broadly – from administration of Salesforce and our training platform for healthcare professionals to coordinating activities and managing marketing resources.
In this role, you will:
- Be a Salesforce Superuser and primary contact for the Nordic organization – including support, training, and improvement initiatives.
- Follow up on leads and manage administration related to new patients and consents.
- Lead the implementation of the Atos Learning Institute project in the Nordics and coordinate local training efforts.
- Be responsible for the Nordic implementation of global e-learnings and administer our training platform.
- Coordinate parts of the integration activities between Coloplast and Atos Medical across the Nordic market.
- Provide marketing support by stocking, distributing, and ordering marketing materials for the sales organization, our users, and healthcare professionals.
- Drive the development of work processes and tools in an environment characterized by change and growth.
The role is office-based at Atos Medical's global headquarters in Hyllie, Malmö.
About You
To thrive in this role, we believe you have built a solid foundation in Sales Operations, CRM administration, or other commercial support – and now want to take the next step where you can have more responsibility and influence. You are accustomed to working independently, easily identify improvement opportunities, and are proactive in developing processes and tools.
You work in a structured manner and follow up on activities in a way that creates security for both colleagues and partners. At the same time, you have a service-oriented and solution-focused attitude – you enjoy when things run smoothly and are happy to contribute ideas to make that happen.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in supporting a commercial organization, such as in sales support, CRM administration, or marketing coordination.
- Good system skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital tools.
- Experience working in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong command of English and fluency in a Nordic language.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
