About the role – Sales Operations Analyst for sales analysis and process development
In the role of Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the sales, business, and management teams to analyze, follow up, and develop processes, reporting in POWER BI, and tools within sales. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and visualizing sales data, coordinating administration, as well as identifying improvements and driving change projects. Responsibilities – Data analysis, sales reporting, and process optimization
• Process and analyze sales data to support business decisions, forecasts, and goal tracking
• Maintain and develop reports, dashboards, and KPI visualizations in relevant systems
• Support the sales team with operational routines regarding administration, CRM systems, and process flows
• Identify improvement potential in digital tools and sales processes, as well as drive change initiatives
• Participate in budget and forecasting work and provide materials for management and business managers
• Ensure quality and structure of business data and ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations
• Participate in projects related to process development, system implementation, and business development
Qualifications – Analytical experience, system proficiency, and sales processes
• Academic degree in economics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Experience with POWER BI.
• At least 2 years of experience in analysis, administration, or a similar role within sales, finance, or operations
• Strong skills in Excel and experience with reporting tools/dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, Qlik)
• Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems, preferably Salesforce or similar
• Experience working with large data sets and process development
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in project management, change management, or business development within sales is a plus
