THE ROLE
As International Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the hub of our international sales and marketing team. You will work with various markets and our global distributors, manage customer contacts, coordinate sales efforts, and be responsible for planning, producing, and implementing marketing activities that strengthen Saltwell's brand and develop our business. The role is based at the headquarters in Gothenburg, and you will work closely with our Sales Manager.
Your role includes:
• Supporting our resellers and distributors in their sales work
• Coordinating quotes, contracts, and order management
• Following up on leads and identifying new business opportunities
• Coordinating product and sales training
• Participating in trade shows, customer visits, and international events
• Creating sales materials, content, and case studies for different markets
• Coordinating trade shows, customer events, and industry activities globally
• Collaborating with agencies, distributors, and external partners
• Analyzing market trends, customer behaviors, and competitors
• Ensuring consistent communication across all channels – from web and social media to print materials and PR
• Being a key player in developing our digital presence and CRM system
WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role. Ideally, you have experience in a similar position and thus a good understanding of the role's complexity. To succeed, you must have personal drive, be structured, enjoy working with varied tasks, like coordinating, be brave, and think professionally and business-mindedly at all times. Attention to detail and thoroughness are crucial.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience
• Relevant post-secondary education, preferably from a university
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong digital competence – preferably experience with CRM systems, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns
• Comfortable working in an international environment and driving projects from idea to delivery
• Structured, self-driven, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
• Experience in the food industry is meritorious
• Good IT skills and experience with Excel
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
