FOR THE CLIENT'S ACCOUNT We are seeking a Sales Manager to develop the Swedish market for a Nordic industrial company specializing in steel enclosure solutions and customized sheet metal production for demanding industrial environments. The company works with both standard and tailored products, with a strong focus on customer-specific projects. Customers are found in machine building, industrial automation, rail, marine, and heavy infrastructure. The company also collaborates with OEM manufacturers and system integrators, delivering robust, technically advanced, and fully customized enclosure and sheet metal solutions for complex applications. Our client is a well-established and well-managed family-owned company with extensive experience in delivering high-quality solutions to the industry. The business is characterized by technical expertise, flexibility, modern production facilities, and a culture of continuous improvement – with the ambition to be the best possible partner for its customers. About the Role As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales in Sweden. You will drive growth in the Swedish market through active new customer acquisition and the development of existing customer relationships. You will work closely with the technology, product, and production teams in the Nordics to understand design options, materials, cost drivers, and the best solutions for each customer application. The work will be conducted from a home office, preferably with residence in southern or central Sweden to be close to the majority of customers. Your Responsibilities Include: • Identifying and targeting new customers within relevant industry segments • Qualifying prospects and building a long-term pipeline • Preparing quotes in close collaboration with the product and purchasing teams • Developing strong relationships with purchasing, design, and project organizations • Planning and participating in customer visits, project meetings, and regular sales meetings • Collaborating with the Nordic sales team through frequent communication and structured follow-ups The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone with experience in industrial B2B sales and a good understanding of metal-based solutions, cost structures, and pricing. You are proactive, relationship-oriented, and enjoy both new customer acquisition and the development of existing customers. You appreciate a role that combines technical understanding with customer contact and project-oriented sales.
