About the Position As Sales Manager / Masterbatch Sales Representative at Telko, you will have a central role in our growth strategy in Scandinavia, with a particular focus on the Swedish market. You'll become part of a strong local team with an established reputation, access to leading partners, and a well-filled project pipeline, all to provide you with the best possible conditions to succeed. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, where you will drive sales forward and contribute to strengthening Telko's position as a key player in the plastics industry. Example Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities • Responsible for masterbatch product sales in Sweden and support for the rest of Scandinavia • Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms with customers • Manage and complete ongoing customer projects in our pipeline You will report directly to the Sales Director Masterbatch and collaborate closely with colleagues in the region. The role includes approximately two to three overnight stays per week, and you will work from home. Preferably located in southern Sweden, from Stockholm downwards, but most importantly, you should be a good fit for the assignment and team. We believe in freedom with responsibility and value competence over geography. Your Profile To succeed in the role of Sales Manager / Sales Representative, we prefer that you have previous experience in the plastics industry, preferably in masterbatch. You should also have sales experience. • Several years of sales experience • Experience in the plastics industry and preferably knowledge of masterbatch • A well-organized, results-driven person who wants to create good results • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Willing to travel primarily in Sweden but also within Scandinavia • Driving license (B-class) is required We Offer A key role in a dynamic and growing company with world-leading expertise in masterbatch.
