Now we are seeking our new Sales Manager who wants to join us on this exciting journey! As Sales Manager/Account Manager at ABB Motion Service in northern Sweden, you will be responsible for leading the growth of our market-leading portfolio, focusing on Service related to electric motors, frequency converters, and PLCs. The geography extends from Söderhamn to Kiruna. The region is in an exciting and dynamic period with several mega-investments where electrification and the green transition are at the center, and demand for our offering is growing rapidly. You will play a central role in developing and implementing the regional sales strategy and ensuring both short- and long-term growth together with your team of four sales engineers. You will also be responsible for your own Accounts and drive sales independently 50% of the time. A coaching and collaborative approach is crucial for success, both by motivating and inspiring the sales team and by being a collaborative leader within the Swedish Motion Service sales management group. To support achieving your and the team's goals, you will have our strong and well-developed sales function, including inside sales, technical sales support, and project managers, and you will also collaborate closely with the inside sales manager and our service organization. With a curious approach, you constantly strive to explore new opportunities to expand the business and find innovative solutions to improve the customer experience. • Coach, motivate, and develop your sales team to increase the sales pipeline and maximize sales • Develop and implement sales plans at strategic and operational levels to ensure profitable short- and long-term growth • Manage the sales process and constantly strive to develop and challenge existing ways of working • Develop close customer relationships with new and existing customers at multiple levels • Ensure structured and correct reporting and follow-up, such as sales forecasts and budgeting • Drive your own sales of your own accounts 50% of the time Your Background • You have strong personal drive and are persistent in working towards common goals • You are experienced in leading complex sales through the entire sales cycle in a dynamic environment where your good communication and leadership skills have come in handy • You have experience developing sales strategies and implementing them, as well as delivering growth over time • You can demonstrate clear business acumen and have many years of experience driving sales to industrial customers, with experience selling to other channels and industries being meritorious • You likely have a technical post-secondary education or have acquired equivalent experience in the industry • Experience working with maintenance strategies as well as electric motors, frequency converters, and PLCs is meritorious • As we are a global company operating in the local market, you speak and write fluent Swedish and English What We Offer We give you the conditions to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
