About the Position This is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process will be conducted by Bravura and you will be hired directly by Jobsafe. Job Responsibilities As a Sales Executive, you'll be a key player in Jobsafe's growth journey. You'll actively create business opportunities, primarily with existing customers in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors, many of whom are already Infobric customers. Your focus is on B2B sales, where you'll have the opportunity to build and develop your own customer portfolio with responsibility for the entire sales chain. The role involves customer engagement, meeting scheduling, presenting Jobsafe's services, and ensuring long-term, strong customer relationships. Work will primarily be conducted via phone and Teams, where you'll use digital tools to perform needs analyses and offer Jobsafe's digital training solutions. You'll be part of a small, cohesive team in the new office at Science Park in Jönköping. Primary Responsibilities: • Process and develop business opportunities, primarily with existing Infobric customers • Have full responsibility for the training services sales process • Engage and build long-term customer relationships Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • At least 1 year of work experience in B2B sales • Excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Upsales • Background in construction, infrastructure, or education is merit-worthy • Post-secondary education in a relevant field is advantageous To succeed in this role, we seek someone with strong inner drive and a clear competitive instinct, who is motivated by achieving results and constantly developing.
