**About the Role**
You will be part of a dedicated trade fair team where your primary responsibility will be to sell exhibition spaces and ancillary services for an entirely new and exciting trade fair concept. Here, you will have the opportunity to be involved from the very beginning and influence both development and sales.
Initially, the focus will be on acquiring new customers, with the phone being one of your most important tools. However, you will also be visiting customers and trade fairs to connect with new exhibitors. Naturally, you will be present during the event execution and meet all your customers as they exhibit, making the role both varied and social. The position involves travel and sometimes overnight stays in connection with customer meetings and fairs.
You will work in our CRM system, Salesforce, and experience with similar systems is advantageous. Our modern activity-based office is located in Mölndal, where you will work alongside around 50 driven and helpful colleagues. The position is full-time, with an expectation of at least three days a week on-site. Placement in Malmö or Stockholm can be discussed for the right candidate.
**Who Are You?**
You have documented experience in successful B2B sales and a naturally goal-oriented approach. It is important that you have a strong sense of urgency and are motivated by working towards deadlines in sales projects with clear end dates. With persistence and focus, you navigate both yes and no in customer dialogues.
As a person, you are a confident and clear communicator who gets straight to the point, listens actively, and builds trust. You are responsive to customer needs while also being willing to advise and drive the process forward. You are a team player who takes initiative, is flexible, and is excited by the prospect of helping to build a new trade fair concept in technology and innovation.
You have a post-secondary education and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. An interest in AI, technology, and innovation is a definite plus.
