About the role
As a Sales Executive/Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening strategic customer relationships, with a particular focus on modern identity and access solutions (IAM). You will be tasked with growing the business by combining commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the customer's security needs. The role involves leading complex sales processes that often span multiple solution areas, such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and network security.
You will work closely with customers, acting as a strategic advisor in their security journey. The role also includes representing the company at industry events. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on a leading role within the group of Sales Specialists and contribute to the development of the company’s sales methodology.

You thrive in customer interactions, are confident in driving complex deals, and have the ability to build long-term relationships at all levels of an organization. You are analytical, communicative, and capable of understanding the customer’s challenges. Requirements for the position
• 6–10 years of experience in solution-oriented sales with a consultative approach within enterprise cybersecurity
• Documented expertise in the security field – with a focus on IAM solutions
• Experience working with strategic customer accounts and complex sales cycles
• Ability to engage in advisory dialogues at the C-level
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
• Experience leading teams or driving sales methodology
• Experience in network security
• Background from larger international security companies or system integrators
• Certifications or documented knowledge in IAM/PAM solutions
