You will be accountable for growing the business by combining commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the customer's security needs. The role involves leading complex sales processes that often span multiple solution areas, such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and network security. You will work closely with customers, acting as a strategic advisor in their security journey. The role also includes representing the company at industry events, among other responsibilities. For the right person, there is an opportunity to take a leading role within the group of Sales Specialists and contribute to the development of the company's sales methodology. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone who is business-driven, relationship-oriented, and has a strong ability to translate complex technology into business value. You thrive in customer interactions, are confident in driving complex deals, and have the ability to build long-term relationships at all levels within an organization. You are analytical, communicative, and capable of understanding the customer's challenges. To succeed in this role, it is important to have a genuine interest in technology and digital transformation, and to enjoy collaborating with your colleagues. **Requirements for the Position** - 6–10 years of experience in solution-oriented sales with a consultative approach within enterprise cybersecurity - Documented expertise in the security field – with a focus on IAM solutions - Experience in network security is a plus - Experience working with strategic customer accounts and complex sales cycles - Ability to conduct advisory dialogues at the C-level - Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience leading teams or driving sales methodology - Background from larger international security companies or system integrators - Certifications or documented knowledge in IAM/PAM solutions **Additional Information** Here, you will have the opportunity to work with market-leading security solutions in an environment where knowledge, innovation, and collaboration are central.
