Information about the position
Professionals Nord, in collaboration with LAPP Miltronic, is looking for a Sales Engineer OEM to strengthen their sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing long-term relationships with OEM customers, and combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. You will identify customer needs, present solutions, and secure new business, enhancing customer competitiveness and ensuring that LAPP's products are successfully integrated into customers' systems. The role involves physical customer visits in your region, which means travel is included in the position.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Sales Advisor to manage sales and budget within your business area, aiming to grow faster than the market and position LAPP Miltronic as the obvious supplier.
• Develop an understanding of the customer's business and needs to create solutions that enhance the customer's competitiveness.
• Drive follow-up and cross-selling to increase customer satisfaction and develop business.
• Negotiate and secure profitable agreements with both new and existing customers.
• Stay updated on the company's products, services, and market trends to offer relevant and competitive solutions.
• Ensure optimal sales and customer experience by collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as marketing, product managers, purchasing, production, etc., to deliver the best solution to the customer.
We are looking for someone who has
• Previous work experience in technical sales towards industrial customers and OEMs.
• Experience with contracts, quotes, and price negotiations.
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.
• Strong skills in the Office suite and is accustomed to working in business systems.
