**Job Description**
As a Sales Development Representative at Burdy, you will be a key player in driving growth and creating new business opportunities. You will work on prospecting, identifying the right companies, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings where Burdy can create tangible value for the customer. Over time, you will also have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility in the sales process and conduct customer meetings alongside the team.
You will work freely and independently, often remotely, but with the option to come into the office in Hammarby Sjöstad 1-2 days a week if you wish.
**Responsibilities**
- Prospect and identify new customers and business opportunities
- Contact decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and follow up on leads
- Understand the customer's needs and present Burdy's solutions professionally
- Contribute to the sales team's goals and results

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You will also have the chance to attend Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
