ABOUT THE POSITION
As Sales Development Manager at Ecolab, you will focus on identifying and winning new customers in hotels, restaurants, and care services. You will also partially take over and continue managing existing customers. The role is a dynamic combination of Key Account Management and new customer acquisition, where you collaborate closely with field sales representatives and distributors to drive sales of equipment and cleaning solutions. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be Ecolab's external face during prospecting, bidding, and presentations, collaborating closely with internal colleagues and partners to achieve your sales goals. You will work independently both in the field and from your home office.

* Find and secure new business opportunities through contact with new customers and develop existing collaborations
* Maintain and develop relationships with key customers to ensure long-term loyalty and business growth
* Plan your workday and year to ensure you reach sales goals and maintain strong key customer relationships
* Present value-creating solutions in customer meetings and through email and phone dialogues
* Function as Ecolab's external face in prospecting, quote work, and presentations, in close collaboration with field sales
* Work closely with distributors' sales teams – a central part of sales work occurs through distributors
* Establish clear collaboration plans with customers and ensure mutual understanding of goals, responsibilities, and product usage
* Drive the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closed deal
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have good sales skills and documented experience driving sales and results in B2B sales
- Have excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Have a valid driver's license
