About the Role
As a Sales Trainee at SimpleSign, you help companies digitize and streamline their contracts with our smart platform for electronic signatures and document automation.
You will:
• Pursue new customers and build your own customer portfolio.
• Present and demonstrate our platform to decision-makers.
• Identify needs and create tailored solutions.
• Work closely with market and Customer Success to ensure successful collaborations.
All of this happens at a pace where energy, mindset, and results are at the center.

Sales Academy – Your Springboard to Success The first three months are your investment in the future. You will receive intensive training in sales, communication, SaaS, and business strategy – led by some of the industry's sharpest mentors. During this period, you will work 100% on commission, but with a generous compensation model aimed at achieving a gross salary of: 45,000 SEK/month. If you meet the goals – you will advance to Sales Development Associate. Those who qualify for this step will travel to Barcelona for a kick-off and further training with the team.

Career & Salary Here is the career path at SimpleSign during your first 2 years. After 3 months – Sales Development Associate
• You have completed our Sales Academy program and qualified for the role.
• Fixed salary: 30,000 SEK/month + one of the industry's most generous commissions
• Opportunity to reach 60,000–80,000 SEK/month as a top performer
Focus: prospecting, meeting booking, first customer contact, and creating business opportunities. Here you build the foundation – sales technique, communication, and confidence in customer interactions.
------------------------------ After 1 year – Account Executive
• Fixed salary: 40,000 SEK/month + very good commission
• Focus: strategic and value-based sales, presentations, business development, and upselling
• You start building your own customer portfolio and become an advisor to companies in their digitization journey
Here you become more than a salesperson – you become a business partner.

After 2 years – Mid Account Manager
• Fixed salary: 50,000 SEK/month + continued commission
• Focus: customer care, upselling, value creation, and team leadership
• You represent SimpleSign in larger deals and begin shaping the next generation of sellers
