About this role

E.ON in Sweden is part of the international energy group E.ON SE with headquarters in Essen, Germany. Around 70,000 people work within the group across 17 countries. In Sweden, approximately 2,100 dedicated employees work to deliver electricity, heat, and smart energy solutions to over one million households and businesses. E.ON's role is to take responsibility and drive development forward, enabling more people to transition. Welcome to E.ON – and become part of the energy transformation. In collaboration with our customers and partners, we ensure electricity and heat are produced, used, and recycled more intelligently. If you have passion and believe in the power of working together, E.ON is the place for you. About Us In our Sales & Marketing team, we are nine committed colleagues including Sales Channel Managers, collectively responsible for selling electricity contracts to new customers in B2C & SME segments. We work closely together to develop our various sales channels. We drive work to make it easier for customers to choose E.ON and play a crucial role in the energy transformation by contributing to more sustainable energy solutions. We are now seeking someone who wants to help develop our approach towards a more digital, data-driven, and future-proof way of meeting our customers. About the Position As a Sales Channel Manager, you have overall responsibility for driving and developing one or more of our sales channels. Your mission involves creating customer base growth by analyzing results, testing new approaches, and converting insights into activity. You'll work closely with team colleagues and cross-functionally between channels to learn and find synergies, collaborating with various business areas including customer journey team, pricing and product department, and marketing. The role is broad and varied – one day you'll dive deep into data analysis and test results, the next you'll discuss business strategies or process improvements. We offer freedom with responsibility, clear goals and direction, and space to influence how we reach our objectives. Your Experience We seek someone with genuine interest in sales, data, and business development. To succeed, we look for solid experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in a role involving data-driven work and digital tools. Post-secondary education in economics, business development, or marketing provides a good foundation. We also place great importance on your curiosity and desire to develop. You're comfortable working with data, analyzing numbers, tracking results, and translating insights into activity. Perhaps you have experience with A/B testing, funnels, or sales data analysis, and see it as natural to test, evaluate, and improve – both working methods and results. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is merit, as is familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel or similar. In this role, you'll take responsibility for creating momentum and dare to find new paths to deliver results in a complex everyday environment. Simultaneously, you'll contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, mutual support, and relationship building that helps both the team and our customers succeed. About Our Work Environment We welcome you to a team with strong community and high energy, where we learn from each other and have fun at work. We believe in an open climate where everyone has a voice and collaboration makes us better. We are goal-oriented and data-driven, but also caring and supportive. Your manager, Susanne Andreasson, is an engaged and attentive leader passionate about personal development and team success. She works closely with her employees, follows up through regular conversations, and provides continuous feedback both when we do something exceptionally well and when we can grow further. With us, you'll have opportunities to influence, grow, and contribute to E.ON's journey towards a more sustainable and digital future society. At E.ON, we actively work on inclusion – it's crucial for driving the energy transformation. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe work environment with meaningful tasks and good development opportunities. We continuously challenge ourselves to create an inviting workplace where we hope you'll thrive. We work for a more sustainable energy society, but it's equally important that our employees have conditions to care for their personal sustainability. We therefore offer excellent benefits to help you feel well and maintain a good work-life balance, including working hours shorter than industry standard, health insurance, free healthcare, and more! Warm welcome to apply and join us on the path towards a sustainable society! Application deadline is November 24th.
