Your Primary Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, you will become a central part of the client's sales team. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, coordinating order flows, and providing administrative support throughout the entire sales process – from quote to invoice.
Your main tasks include:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* Manage the entire order process in Visma Administration, including:
* Creating quotes and processing orders.
* Placing purchases with the factory and receiving deliveries.
* Sending order confirmations to customers.
* Coordinating packaging, deliveries, and transportation.
* Invoicing and managing payment reminders.
* Monitoring and updating inventory levels.
* Maintaining customer registers and responding to customer inquiries.
* Collaborating with suppliers to ensure product availability.
* Supporting marketing and sales activities such as trade shows and events.
* Managing the company switchboard and purchasing office supplies.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, who enjoys maintaining order and thrives in a fast-paced environment where you can take responsibility and see the results of your work. You are service-oriented, self-driven, and have a natural ability to create structure.
We believe you have:
* High school education or equivalent (post-secondary education in economics, sales, or marketing is meritorious).
* Experience in administrative work, customer service, or sales.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and preferably experience with Visma Administration.
* Ability to work both independently and in a team.
* A positive, solution-oriented, and unpretentious attitude.
* Excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written.
