KEY FACTS Scope: Full-time (38.5 working hours per week) Working Hours: Office hours Location: Kungsholmen, Stockholm Start Date: December 2025 Employment Type: Specific Fixed-Term Position, 12-month assignment YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE Swatch Group is an international group active in the design, manufacturing, and sale of finished watches, jewelry, components, and timekeeping. The company delivers almost all components required by its 18 watch brands. In the Nordics, they are retailers of the following brands: Omega, Rado, Longines, Tissot, Certina, Swatch, and FlikFlak. In total, they have around 120 employees in the Nordics, with approximately 50 people in Sweden. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE? In your role as Sales Administrator, you will be the face and voice of the company. Together with another colleague, you will handle customer service for Swatch Group's customers (stores) via email and phone, addressing matters related to order management, availability, delivery, and collections for different brands. The goal is to provide the best possible service and support to customers. Example tasks: • Order management • Customer contact via email and phone • Support colleagues in the Nordic team as needed WHO ARE YOU? In the role, you'll continuously learn about new products to understand customer needs. As a person, you are detail-oriented, service-minded, and quick to learn. Experience or understanding of supply chain processes is an extra plus. Requirements: • Experience with SAP • Work experience with customer contact • Fluent in Swedish and English Preferred qualifications: • Speaks an additional Nordic language • Strong interest in watches or industry experience • Knowledge of Salesforce WHAT DO WE OFFER?
