Position
The Qualified Person (QP) position is located within QA Operations Stockholm. QA Operations' task is to ensure that APL delivers products of the right quality at the right time to customers in accordance with current GMP and APL's quality system. The product range in Kungens Kurva includes everything from stocked extemporaneous and national license preparations to registered medications and manufacturing for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as QA representative in various external and internal customer and product projects
• Certification and release of finished products
• Conduct authority inspections and customer audits
• Participate in and assess investigations of deviations from a GMP perspective, and work on addressing root causes
• Review, approve, and drive improvement proposals for batch documents, SOPs, and other quality documents
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of quality systems and processes
• Educate colleagues and provide advisory support on quality-related matters

Position Location: Stockholm (Kungens Kurva). Travel is very limited. Some possibility for remote work exists. Full-time, ongoing position, starting after agreement.
Candidate Profile: The position requires education and experience matching the Medical Products Agency's requirements for QP approval, with experience in quality assurance, preferably as a QP in the pharmaceutical industry. Naturally, you are very familiar with GMP. You have a good sense of language and are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Personal qualities that enable situation analysis and independent decision-making are highly valued.
Experience in manufacturing medications for clinical trials, human medications, or pharmaceutical-related products is meritorious.
You enjoy collaborating with different company functions and customer contacts. You have a structured work approach and are detail-oriented while having learned to prioritize.
