Safety Technician - Fire Protection at Elajo Gothenburg

Job Responsibilities and Duties As a security technician with us in Gothenburg, you will have a varied and developing role where your work is crucial in creating safe and sustainable environments. We are seeking someone with good experience in fire alarms who also possesses expertise in intrusion alarms, access control systems, and CCTV. You will work both independently and in teams to ensure, service, and install innovative fire protection and security solutions for commercial properties, industries, and public sector entities. Your Primary Responsibilities: • Perform service, troubleshooting, and installations of fire alarms and other security areas • Plan and execute new installations and modernization of existing technical systems • Independently manage and report projects and assignments • Contribute to active improvement work and sustainable work environments with a focus on safety • Build long-term customer relationships and function as an advisory partner Qualifications and Experience • Technical high school education in electrical engineering, telecommunications, or equivalent • Five years of previous experience as a security technician, fire technician, or similar position • Five years of previous work experience in installation and commissioning of fire alarms • Knowledge of current regulations, standards, and safety provisions related to fire protection • Valid driver's license (B-class) • Previous experience with intrusion alarms, access control systems, and CCTV is considered meritorious This position may require a security clearance based on applicable security protection regulations.
