About the Role

The role of Security Coordinator includes contributing to planning and developing the court's security efforts, as well as monitoring security developments outside the court. Through your work, you will enhance the security of employees and visitors and contribute to protecting society, democracy, and legal security. The role involves close dialogue with the court's Chief Security Officer, management, and other employees, where security issues are prioritized on both local and national agendas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal security efforts.
  • Develop and conduct training in the security area.
  • Support managers and employees in security work and assist them in applying security measures in their daily responsibilities.
  • Conduct risk and threat assessments.
  • Work with personnel security and employee protection.
  • Establish and revise guiding documents and procedures.
  • Proactively address information security.
  • Manage, follow up on, and counter security incidents.
  • Engage in systematic fire protection work, follow up on changes, and implement them in operations.

The role of Security Coordinator is new at the court, providing you with excellent opportunities to develop the role and contribute to its content.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

  • At least one year of experience in security work at a strategic level.
  • Experience in security protection and good knowledge of current legislation.
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you also have:

  • Post-secondary education focused on security, technical security, or risk and crisis management.
  • Experience in developing and conducting training sessions.
  • Experience in security work within public operations.
  • Experience in working with fire protection measures (SBA).
  • Training or courses in security protection.

Personal Attributes

As a Security Coordinator, you will have a broad role requiring the ability to switch between strategic issues and operational events. It is a new position at the court, and a smaller team specifically addresses security matters. This necessitates that you can take significant initiative in your work and possess strong specialty knowledge in your area. Your role will involve extensive collaboration both within and outside the court, so strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. You are loyal to your assignment.

The work will also involve certain administrative tasks, requiring good administrative skills along with the ability to write well and create structure around you.
