Your Role At Group Security, we face exciting challenges in meeting the future with increased security threats and new external requirements for security work. To offer better support to Saab's operations, new security services are being established and work is becoming increasingly digitalized. You will become part of a completely new unit, with a major focus on security vetting, personal investigations, and security support! In your role as Security Vetting Specialist, your tasks will involve extensive contact surfaces and primarily focus on supporting operations in security-related service areas such as: * Basic investigations including a large number of Security Vetting Interviews * 1st Line Security Support via chat/telephone/case management system * Security Case Management * Training and training support for Personnel Security issues We offer you a job where both your theoretical and practical skills will be utilized. The position is located in Lackarebäck, Gothenburg, but travel will also occur to Huskvarna, Linköping, and Stockholm a few days per month. You will be part of a small team with a strong focus on independent work, so it's important that you feel comfortable with this. Your Profile You are interested in people and have an aptitude for personal interactions, are analytical and attentive to details. If you can combine this with high personal integrity and the ability to build trust, you will be perfect for this role! You have: * Preferably experience with some form of interviews, though this is not decisive * Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish and English * Class B driver's license, as business travel occurs relatively frequently * Strong interest in security work and willingness to further educate yourself Meriting Factors: * Previous experience with security vetting or personal assessment * Formal education in behavioral science or security-related work * Experience with support and preferably digital system support * Experience in training roles * Responsibility positions and work with confidentiality Personal characteristics will be of utmost importance in our selection.
