As a systems engineer, you will have a central role in our projects, where you will provide a holistic perspective and have the opportunity to analyze and understand customer needs, manage requirements, and document technical specifications to guide the development process. Other tasks include having technical responsibility and ownership of a system, as well as analyzing functions and performance. You will be an important link between customers and developers, ensuring that the system meets high-quality standards. You will engage with many technical areas, and your connections within the company will be broad. To assist you, we have structured processes and methodology descriptions in our internal databases. Your Profile To thrive at Saab, you believe in a culture of curiosity, trust, and teamwork. We think you have a bachelor's and/or master’s degree in a technical field, such as engineering physics, computer engineering, or similar. However, the most important thing is that you share our passion for development and exciting new technology! As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest tools and technologies in the industry. We expect you to have a strong technical curiosity and an eye for detail. We believe you are motivated by understanding technically complex solutions while enjoying social interactions. Experience and knowledge in algorithm development, product development, and technical documentation may be advantageous depending on the role. Additionally, knowledge and experience with tools such as Doors and Matlab are beneficial.
