Your Role
As an Engineer at Saab, you and your team will be involved throughout the product's lifecycle and be a crucial piece in our journey towards next-generation defense systems.
Our creative and innovative mechanical teams are waiting for you to explore and develop the latest technology together. As a mechanical engineer with us, you will collaborate not only with your closest colleagues but also with project managers, other development teams, suppliers, and customers.
Your Profile
To thrive with us, you believe in a culture of complete transparency and trust, and you are open to developing both within and outside your areas of expertise. We place great importance on your personal qualities combined with the belief that you have some of the following experiences:
* Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Physics, or have an equivalent education/experience
* Several years of experience working with mechanical design
* Proficient in CAD and likely experienced with Siemens NX, Creo, Solidworks and/or CATIA
* Experience in systems engineering can be meritorious
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has security placement requirements, this may entail certain citizenship requirements.
