**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are currently seeking a special education teacher for Söraby School who will work with students in need of special support and be part of our student health team. The role includes teaching students in need of special support individually or in groups. You will be actively involved in the work of assessments related to special support and systematically work on establishing, implementing, and following up on action plans. You will serve as a sounding board for educators and teams regarding issues related to adaptations and special support. You will collaborate closely with guardians, convene meetings, and lead them.
As a special education teacher, you will be part of the school's student health team, where various professionals work together to ensure our students succeed and develop as far as possible according to their individual circumstances. The student health team meets weekly.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
We are looking for someone with a special education degree in reading and writing or in mathematics.
You take responsibility for and create a good working climate with a calm, safe, and accessible learning environment. You recognize and meet students' diverse needs based on their individual circumstances and are skilled at adapting teaching and building good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has a special education degree and experience in working with students with various needs for special support. You have a foundational teaching degree. For a permanent position, a teaching license with authorization as a special education teacher is required.
