Polfärskt Stockholm Nord is part of the nationwide Polfärskt organization and is responsible for distributing and selling fresh bread from well-known brands like Polarbröd, Fazer, Skogaholm, Hatting, and Hägges to grocery retailers in northern Stockholm. We are now seeking a sales resource – a junior role for those looking to grow into a sales position with us!
About the Role
As a sales resource, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, supporting our regular sales representatives in their daily work. You will step in where needed most – both in-store and in the field.
Your tasks will vary but may include:
• Building and maintaining in-store displays – campaigns, bread tables, and sales areas.
• Supporting sales representatives during high-volume periods, weekends, or campaign seasons.
• Covering for vacation or sick leave.
• Ensuring our products are always well-stocked, fresh, and correctly displayed.
• Assisting with orders, returns, and basic store interactions.
Work is based at our warehouse in Järfälla, where you will load your light truck (B license) before heading to stores. You'll become part of a committed and helpful team with strong cohesion and clear customer focus.
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who wants to take the first step in a sales career and enjoys an active work environment in retail. You are responsible, positive, and practically minded – and enjoy meeting people.
To succeed in the role, we'd like you to:
• Have a B license and ability to drive a light truck.
• Have an interest in sales and retail, preferably from grocery or service sectors.
• Have basic understanding of store economics, such as margins, campaign logic, and profitability.
• Be meticulous and organized, with a sense of quality and customer service.
• Be flexible and enjoy varied work days and tasks.
• Speak and write Swedish fluently.
Previous experience in retail or food industry is advantageous, but your attitude and willingness to learn are most important.

Location
The position is based at our warehouse in Järfälla and covers stores in Northern Stockholm. You'll work closely with our sales representatives and team leaders, with travel within the district included in the role.
