Deli Department Sales Leader
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience as a sales leader or department manager in retail.
Has a strong interest in food and cooking.
Is familiar with budgeting and store economics.
Enjoys a dynamic environment and appreciates good service.
Has experience with EKP and food safety work.
Likes working with others and contributing to a positive atmosphere.
Extra plus if you have experience with:
Systems like So, AoB, Minbutik, and BLU/FLU or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of EKP and food safety.
About the Role:
As a Deli Department Sales Leader, you will have primary responsibility for our fine selection of cheese, cold cuts, meat, and prepared foods. This involves working closely with the Sales Manager and colleagues to monitor daily operations and routines. You will help plan purchases, track the product range, follow up on budgets, and contribute to the department's development.
You enjoy collaboration, sharing your knowledge, and are motivated by seeing the entire department succeed. The role involves extensive practical work in the store, with daily contact with both colleagues and customers.
