**About the Company** We are recruiting for an international industrial company that develops advanced technical solutions to improve the environment, air quality, and industrial processes. The company is globally established and is part of a larger European group headquartered in Austria. In the Nordic region, the company primarily works with clients in the process and manufacturing industries, with its Swedish operations based out of the office in Kristianstad. More information about the company will be provided during the initial phone interview. **About the Role** As a Sales Engineer, you will play a central and advisory role, working with both existing clients and supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will focus heavily on customer management through visits, follow-ups, and written communication throughout the sales process. The main emphasis will be on identifying customer needs through technical consultation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in Kristianstad as well as at the headquarters in Austria. The role also involves some travel, for example, to Austria for training and a limited number of customer visits per year. More specifically, the position includes: - Responsibility for technical design and calculation estimates for new facilities or upgrades of existing facilities - Preparing and managing follow-ups on technical and commercial offers, as well as performing price calculations - Conducting sales visits to existing and new customers - Coordinating business matters with the headquarters in Austria - Maintaining order, customer, and master data **About You** To thrive and succeed in the role of Sales Engineer, we believe you have a strong technical interest and broad technical knowledge. You are curious, attentive, and driven to find the best technical solutions for your customers. You are proactive and have an easy time building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the following qualifications are required: - Engineering degree from a college or university - Excellent skills in Excel or calculation tools - Experience in technical sales, preferably in the energy sector or process industry - Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Strong command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written - A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn new things **Meritorious:** - Knowledge of German **Additional Information** Start: By agreement Location: Kristianstad Extent: Full-time Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible daytime hours Salary: By agreement Background checks will be conducted on candidates who proceed in the process.
