Are you passionate about sales, leadership, and ready to take full responsibility for running an OKQ8 station? We are now seeking an engaged Sales Manager for OKQ8 Borås. In this role, you will, together with your team, be responsible for customer interactions and ensure that the store meets and exceeds customer expectations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the entire station and have the opportunity to develop in: - Leadership and Staff Development You are responsible for everything from staffing and coaching personnel to creating a positive work environment. All to ensure your colleagues have the right conditions to perform their jobs in the best possible way. - Budget and Result Responsibility Another of your key areas will be keeping the station profitable. You will set budgets and goals, and together with your colleagues, you will do everything you can to take the station to new heights. - Store Operations You are the captain of the station. This means leading the work and ensuring daily routines are followed, as well as working the cash register, serving food to a hungry customer, or cleaning the car wash. The station has one, or in some cases several, Assistant Sales Managers who will support you, as well as Sales Employees who manage daily operations. As Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director responsible for several stations in a district. We are Looking For Someone with the drive to lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced, dynamic company. You are passionate about sales, have a business-minded approach, and the ability to lead the operation towards set goals. Additionally, you are a positive person who enjoys meeting new people. You like working in a high-tempo environment and take full responsibility for the station and ensuring your team collectively handles whatever the workday brings. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, is brave, and has experience leading personnel to help us reach new heights. Are you ready to take on the challenge? This is a permanent full-time position. As a Sales Manager, you will work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday. The station is open weekdays from 06:00 - 22:00 and weekends from 08:00 - 22:00.
