Our inventory, product range, and unique knowledge are valuable and interesting for customers across most industries. IMAB offers a broad and customized professional range within product areas including steel, tools, industrial goods, work clothing, construction materials, and supplies. We focus on sales to professional customers in industry, construction, service, and public administration.
What Does the Role Offer?
As Sales Manager, you will lead field and inside sales representatives and create a unified direction. You will develop the sales team through presence, coaching, and structured follow-up. You will become the hub of the sales organization and a crucial part of creating sustainable growth. The role is part of the local management team at IMAB Halmstad and is highly hands-on – you will be on-site, close to the business and close to the team. In the role of Sales Manager, you will:
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team daily
• Create structure in processes, follow-up, and working methods
• Build a team with a sense of unity, clarity, and result focus
• Drive improvement work and identify new business opportunities
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate larger deals
• Analyze market, competitors, and profitability
• Work cross-functionally with other parts of IMAB
• Report on results, strategy, and priorities
