About the Role
We are looking for an operational Sales Manager who will have overall responsibility for approximately 20 inside sales representatives and two team leaders. You are a present leader who works closely with daily operations, follows up on results, and drives both the team and the business forward with high engagement. This role is suitable for someone who wants to continue developing, is seeking new challenges, and finds motivation in a job where you have significant influence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate inside sales representatives and team leaders in their daily work
- Drive sales and ensure the team meets its targets
- Follow up on results and work with KPIs
- Develop action plans and improve working methods
- Own the entire business from strategy to execution
- Be an operational, present, and engaged leader
- Ensure structure, quality, and business focus in all customer interactions
Your Profile
We prefer candidates with backgrounds in environments such as call centers, the travel industry, or other businesses where upselling in incoming flows is central. You have previously worked as a sales manager and been responsible for a larger team—but your drive, motivation, and ability to create results are just as important as your background.
