About the Role: As Sales Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the store related to product supply and personal customer interactions. You are part of the store's management team and drive sales, customer satisfaction, and improvement initiatives. You will help shape the store's results by: • Creating the best customer experience with food joy, inspiration, and world-class service. • Leading and coaching employees in both product flow and customer interactions towards common goals. • Initiating and driving improvements that strengthen profitability and efficiency. • Ensuring routines and contributing to a safe and pleasant work environment. • Actively working with sustainability - both in product range and daily operations. Who Are You? You have experience in retail, service, or restaurant - and documented experience leading others. It is meritorious if you have a college education or training in coaching/leadership. Experience in sales, service, customer flow, and routine work is also advantageous. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are additional merits. As a person, you need to enjoy building trust in a team and be driven by motivating and inspiring employees to reach set goals.
