Then you might be the one we are looking for to fill the role of Sales Manager Finland at KAMA Fritid – a company with strong brands, dedicated colleagues, and great growth potential! About the Role As Sales Manager Finland, you will play a key role in developing KAMA Fritid's business in the Finnish market. The role is based at the headquarters in Jönköping, where you will be part of the Nordic sales team. You will work closely with a sales colleague in Finland as well as colleagues from KABE and ADRIA in Vantaa. You will plan and conduct customer visits throughout Finland – both independently and together with colleagues or suppliers – and build long-term relationships with retailers. An important part of the job is to create structure and momentum in sales. Your Responsibilities: • Visit retailers and present new products, campaigns, and solutions • Follow up with customers, build strong relationships, and develop the retailer network • Conduct product training and customer events • Participate in trade fairs in Finland and other parts of Europe • Plan trips, campaigns, and activities together with colleagues in Sweden and Finland • Develop KAMA stores in collaboration with sales colleagues and suppliers • Contribute to increased sales of technical products such as awnings, camping equipment, and accessories We Are Looking For You: To succeed in this role, you need to be a relationship builder who enjoys taking responsibility and is willing to drive the business forward. You are social, business-minded, and confident in representing a company in meetings with both customers and suppliers. You appreciate a varied job that includes both travel and office days, and you are motivated by achieving results. Essential Requirements: • Finnish as a native language or very good proficiency in spoken and written Finnish • Fluent in Swedish and English • B driver's license • An interest in sales, technology, and/or leisure activities Meritorious Experience: Experience in sales, retail, or industries such as automotive, construction, sports, or similar. Knowledge of German is also a plus.
