Your Employment Offer As a Sales Manager at Ahlsell, you will step into a visible and responsible role where you will lead, develop, and inspire. You will become part of the management team for Property Stockholm alongside the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Key Account Managers, where you will jointly drive both daily operations and long-term priorities. Here, operational presence is combined with strategic influence – you will be close to the sales representatives, close to the customers, and understand how business develops in everyday life. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the leadership of seven field sales representatives in the Stockholm district. The business spans several customer segments with varying needs – from technicians to strategic decision-makers – which requires business understanding, presence, and the ability to lead in complexity. The role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities, focusing on translating our goals into clear activities together with the team. You will also actively contribute to the management team's work on business development, priorities, and improvements. The assignment includes: • Daily coaching and monthly development meetings with the sales representatives • Planning, follow-up, and goal management • Operational and strategic sales management • Close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and other members of the management team • Participation in customer planning and business development together with Key Account Managers • Participation in regional sales manager meetings • Recruitment and salary setting within the team Worth Knowing The position is based in Stockholm and involves travel within the district. The organization consists of seven field sales representatives (whom you will lead), three Key Account Managers, and two inside sales representatives. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be part of the management team for Property Stockholm. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in various functions, but personnel responsibility lies solely with the field sales representatives. The work is primarily conducted on-site, with a strong focus on presence and collaboration. Our Expectations We are looking for someone with experience leading sales teams, preferably within technical B2B sales or a related industry. You are confident, coaching, and have a business-driven approach. You thrive in a culture characterized by collaboration and accountability, and you have the ability to build trust and engagement within the team. You are accustomed to leading through change, building confidence, and working systematically with clear goals. You see internal collaboration as a natural part of success and find it easy to work with different functions. Previous experience in construction, property, or wholesale may be advantageous, but the most important factors are your personality, leadership, and willingness to contribute to a larger context.
