About the Position:
We are now seeking a Sales Manager who wants to help build our sales department. You will be responsible for daily sales, recruitment, budget, and all personnel management.
You will be offered generous compensation based on the company's total sales, and for those with ambition, there is also the possibility of becoming a part-owner.
Initially, you will also have some personal sales responsibility, which will gradually transition to solely managing operations, budget, and personnel.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking someone with previous sales experience. You are comfortable using the telephone as a tool and find it easy to communicate with people.
Previous experience in electricity or similar product sales is a significant advantage.
We are looking for someone with several years of sales experience.
You have a natural and positive approach to interacting with others and enjoy speaking with new people on the phone.
